Please click the available slots below for your class field trip. Each day there is a morning (9 am-11 am) & afternoon (12 pm-2 pm) session available, please pay attention to the session description. All field trip slots must be pre-paid to book. Each child will receive a snack, drink, and munchkin pumpkin with $10 admission. Under registration, provide the total amount of participants (Students) for each slot/session. All parents & teachers are free, only include the total number of students under participant total. Please note, that each field trip session has a maximum number of participants of 100. There will never be more than 100 students per session, multiple schools may be at the same time of your session, though they would be spread away from each other. 

 

How to Book a Field Trip at Wehlage Family Farm 🎃

Step 1: Choose Your Date

• Go to LuciusLanding.com → click on the “Field Trip Booking” tab.

• Select the date you’d like to visit.

Step 2: Choose Session Time

• Pick either a Morning Session or an Afternoon Session.
  ⚠️ Be sure you are selecting the correct session for your group.

Step 3: Enter Your Information

• Click on your chosen session.

• Fill in your contact details (best phone number & email).

• Enter the number of participants.

  • ✅ Count students/kids only.

  • 👩‍🏫 Teachers & parents are free—do not include them in your total.

Step 4: Register

• Review your details.

• Click Register to move forward.

Step 5: Payment

• You’ll be taken automatically to the PayPal payment page.

• If you don’t have a PayPal account:

  • Select “Checkout as Guest”

  • Enter your debit or credit card information

  • Complete your payment.

Step 6: Confirmation

• Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

• Please save this email—it’s your proof of registration.
